I’ve always really like the covers for these; looks like you scored one with a full obi as well (top right)! They’ve been steadily releasing those full obis with each 再会 release (the original bunko art is underneath, so nothing lost); I’ve got the first three, and am waiting on four and five with my 再会 #2 order.

Yeah, the original cover is underneath. They came as a full set including Beyond but that was the only full obi.

Yeah, I’ve always been interested in 弓道 so it’ll be interesting to see how much of it is presented in the series. I’m looking forward to it but still feel they are above my level. Hopefully not too much though

Shipping was with FedEx, and took about 5 days - but arrived right around noon. DHL usually arrived later in the day for me. Earlier is definitely more convenient
No series. The covers are themed illustrations, done by a single artist for the year. This year portrays the same couple at different stages of their relationship. This one is them at 24, two years after having moved in together (last month’s cover). I just noticed, the blonde one has a wedding ring - so apparently they got married sometime in the last few covers
so not sure how or why or what…but my DHL package arrived today
no fees or anything, really kind of confused and didn’t believe it… but I’ll take it!

セーラー服と関西弁 1巻 | L23 - curious how this feels on a reread. Jus read through the first page or two, and it feels fun already, since I get the dialect better now. I’m looking forward to getting to the “nah, y’all’s accents are too thick, nobody speaks like that” part again. Wonder if I’ll be able to tell this time around (probably it’s more like “young ppl don’t speak like that”, but who knows)

I’m curious how many physical books/manga everyone owns. I just counted my manga collection and apparently I own 325 volumes. This includes many I haven’t read and a handful from series I’ve dropped, but it’s still way more than I expected!
(Missing a pre-order bonus, so now I need to do another order to nab that.
