Aha. That seems very non-obvious to me, especially since the “collapse series” toggle is hidden inside the search filter dialogue, though perhaps I’m just used to services that consider books separately rather than as part volumes in a series…

Thanks to this site I don’t need myanimelist for tracking my watched anime anymore.
I’m thinking about opening a visual novel reading club on this forum. If nobody wants to join I can always just read the visual novels by myself. 
@brandon Would you have a problem with that? I mean a club made by me may end up in total chaos.

Yeah on mobile I could see how it’s a little more unintuitive, but by default it’s uncollapsed and by perusing your library for a few moments, I think you’d notice the series

Of course not! Go for it. While it is preferable to follow the general book club routine of nominations → polling → pacing → weekly threads, I understand that’s a lot if there’s not a lot of people who join. I’d say first try to gauge how much interest there is and then determine the amount of process necessary from there

Just a design thing, but it would be better looking, imo, if the book table were at least as wide as the header. Since it seems to be responsive design, it would shrink for smaller screens anyway.

Is there a way to implement that, if you haven’t logged at least 50% (or something) of a book, you don’t get to grade it, if you set the status to “stopped”?
I stopped a book (ドラえもん 5分でドラ語り 四字熟語ひみつ話 | L25??), that I had set as reading, but never actually started reading. I never logged a single page. Yet, it asks me to grade it. 
I can just skip it, but I might want to read it later and than I can’t grade it anymore and ppl might be tempted to grade something based on a couple of pages read.

In that case you should probably just remove it from your library or move it to owned to prevent that? But they should implement that to prevent inaccurate gradings at least.

On the Dashboard below Days read/Days watched there was IIRC a Quick Stats chapter, but now there is My Gradings, which IMHO is completely uninteresting if compared to Quick Stats. I would prefer to have the Quick Stats back.

That was never on the dashboard iirc; you can only get to it by going to Activity on your Profile or clicking “See all my activity” on the days read/watched on your dashboard.

FYI - for the next 20(?) mins your user libraries are being reindexed from the most recent to the least recent… so not all items will appear.
Edit: It is now done. I guess it takes 40 mins

Found a bug, not sure if reported yet. The screenshot is from favorites but the same behavior happens with ‘recently read’. If I go to edit my review from the list on my profile I get a blank page:

I’m doing some forum updates today, so it may be a bit spotty (sometimes it may not load).
The good news is that i’m finally moving it to a CDN, which should greatly speed it up. I don’t know about you all, but I was having some issues with long initial load times. This should fix that.

When did you last update the forum version? There’s this annoying white flash on first load (regression of an old bug) which doesn’t happen on the WaniKani forums. If you just updated the version as well, it’ll prove that they haven’t fixed it, in which case I’ll report it.

Looks like there’s some bug with a bunch of new movies added @brandon: those in a series are showing 0 movies in the series, but when I click the dropdown they all show up properly. The levels aren’t displaying properly either:
(I don’t really want to type out a list atm, but its happening to all the movies I added yesterday. :X)

Oh no! I did not change the forum version as far as I can tell, but I did rebuild the discourse container twice and moved everything to a CDN… none of which should cause that issue, but who knows.
Intriguing… will investigate.

Sorry, I meant this has been happening for a week or two, whenever you previously updated. I’m pretty sure it’s a bug with the feature that does the slider loading state instead of spinner loading state.
