Description of your request or bug report: Right now, filtering by multiple custom tags in my library defaults to an OR search; I would like a way to search by AND as well.
For example:
If I select both Audiobook and Historical, the results shown are books that contain either of those tags, when I want to see results that specifically contain both of those tags.
