Well well well. We appear to have found some stakes!
I was thinking that we hadn’t heard anything from オオカミ様 for a while and wondering when she would come back. I’m sure she enjoyed waiting until everyone decided to work together to add a pretty major twist.
I thought it was also interesting that despite everyone acting like they weren’t really looking for the key, everyone (except maybe Kokoro) has been using their time alone to search the house up and down for the key, and then just acting nonchalant in front of the others.
I know some precious readers were complaining that the story up to now was boring. I wasn’t bored with the earlier part of the book, but this is the first chapter I’ve finished and wanted to immediately start the next one.. interested to see where else the story will go next!
I agree. She had to wait until they were actually friends, because otherwise ‘you won’t remember these guys’ wouldn’t be a problem.
I don’t recall when it exactly became less boring for me, but yes with having オオカミ adding the “you won’t remember these guys” it got more interesting 
I agree with that. I also stumbled over this that it did not quite match
Good point. It probably would not have become a problem if this was clear from the beginning
