Reason(s) for nominating: I’ve read the first 3 LNs and watched the anime, and it’s a pretty wholesome, original, and well-written fantasy story. The 2 leads are adorable, the plot twists are creative, and despite nominally being an isekai, it doesn’t feel like one at all, b/c you meet the characters long after the 転生 has occurred - so it’s mostly a background detail. The author mentioned some large changes between the 2 versions, in the afterword for vol 3. So it got me curious

My reading plate is rather full right now, so if I’m the only one, I’m probably going to put it off for a bit … in which case, maybe starting 金色の文字使い might be a better idea… Of course, feel free to just stick to the schedule regardless

Reason(s) for nominating: I started on the LN, and it was a mix of easy to read (for fantasy), interesting premise & story, and mildly annoying narrator. I stopped it at the time, cuz there was other stuff I was reading, but had thought about eventually picking it up again. LN is L28

I am still reading どうも、好きな人に… and I won’t be joining クラスで２番目. I am on the fence about 金色の文字使い. Might give the webnovel a try, but my plate is… well… you can’t even see the plate anymore… the table has become the plate… i.e. it’s VERY full…

in this sense it’s a great thing that the club is technically unofficial, we just add it to the “tbr” slot for next time
though since we’re all so full I might as well just put things on a pause - that way the reading for クラスで２番目 or 金色の文字使い will start on the 2nd of June and whatever other on 2nd August
