(But I’m still curious what would’ve happened if someone would’ve actually sheltered a victim to be in their room.) > > > 「忘れないで！ ヒントは出てる！ ヤマネちゃんがいなくなる前に何かが──。」 > > ウサギ’s last words while being eaten by a werewolf: Helping ハヤト to solve the puzzle. What a hero! 🫡 It’s taking all of my willpower not to “accidentally” read the next chapter. ---

I honestly found this week’s reading kinda boring. Like, we already knew ウサギ was voted out, they talked a little bit, 伯爵 was smug and cryptic as ever, and they ran away from the werewolf. Maybe the most interesting part this week was ハヤト’s room being out of service, which, lawl. But next week… we have to find something out next week, right?? ---

Yep, next week is the 25 page chapter after all. It’s the longest in the whole book! Cheers! > > Otherwise bit of a filler chapter. But since we can presume that ウサギ does survive (cover of vol. 2), I guess we can also presume that the others are alive too. I hope it’s not going to be a “hey, it was all just a dream in an alternate reality” kinda ending. ---

It’s finally here. The penultimate chapter. The longest one in the whole book. The one where everything shall be revealed… …or not, who knows. Okay, sure, not much happened this chapter but I thought the part where they were like, I know, we’ll jump over the werewolf!! to be really fun. I like all the chase scenes. Partly because they’re way easier to read than the ‘discussing who the werewolf is’ scenes.
