I watched a [video review](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAANMkCWWfI) of a book adapted from a web novel which is supposed to be a great horror book (grain of salt as always, because Japanese “great horror” and Western “great horror” can differ in expectations) but anyways, I found the online version if anyone is interested: [近畿地方のある場所について（背筋） - カクヨム](https://kakuyomu.jp/works/16817330652495155185) Amazon link: [https://www.amazon.co.jp/近畿地方のある場所について-背筋/dp/4047375845](https://www.amazon.co.jp/%E8%BF%91%E7%95%BF%E5%9C%B0%E6%96%B9%E3%81%AE%E3%81%82%E3%82%8B%E5%A0%B4%E6%89%80%E3%81%AB%E3%81%A4%E3%81%84%E3%81%A6-%E8%83%8C%E7%AD%8B/dp/4047375845?tag=natively0d-22) Looks like it’s both on Kindle and has an Audible version as well if people perfer that route ---

It just started updating again, so I’ve been reading the latest chapters + started rereading book 1. I would have gone with the web novel instead, but I recently bought the first 3 physicals, and it helps me reach my “I must read everything I buy rule”. If I get through book 3, I’ll switch to the web version then, I guess. ---

have fun 😉 🤪 regardless that’s an interesting question to be asked there - when we get to it in the club, do you intend to reread the web version or join in the conversation to compare with the book you’ve read already 🤔 ---

You mean _if_ we get to it in the club? I would do the web novel in that case, since I’ve never read the web novel versions (except for parts of book 6, and the new chapters) If by some crazy chance the LN club gets to it this round, I’ll still probably read the web novel, since I’ll know the book already ---
