why I’m recommending it: Although I already have this novel set as “reading” on here, I read less than 10% of it, I didn’t even get to the part mentioned in the synopsis. However thanks to that I can say it’s reasonably easy for a novel so I think it might be a good approachable choice for a fantasy pick.
