I’m a bit afraid of relocating and accidentally losing people on the way (especially since I noticed some people didn’t rejoin for this cycle and I don’t know if it’s momentarily or not)

Wow… I genuinely completely forgot… I’ll go close the one I just made
Since we’re near the end of the first volume I’ll put a poll up regarding whether or not we’ll continue reading into this series next (meaning instead of voting on the other nominations we just go on reading volume 2 and maybe even 3 from the current series) 
I want to close it by the 6th of August so that we’ll know whether or not we’re moving onwards by the time we finish the volume 
Why not both if there’s interest? On WaniKani at least, some series continue with a “spin-off” club when many people enjoyed the first volume. But the club itself continues onward all the same.
If that’s not an option I voted to do a new series since I haven’t been enjoying this one.
I second the spin-off club idea. It sounds like the perfect way to give everyone what they want whether they want to continue the series or not. Especially if the voting continues to be split like it is.
It’ll also give me an excuse to read more yuri series if there are multiple clubs at a time.

Not sure if you misunderstood what I meant, but there’s not a spinoff of this specific manga. On the WaniKani forums we use the term “offshoot” (I used the wrong term earlier) for when a group continues reading a whole series while the main club votes for another manga. Hopefully the term “offshoot” is less confusing than “spinoff”.
I would prefer the offshoot thing as well. No sense holding up the main club. I can just keep the same Home Thread and add a separate table for book 2 & 3, and the main club can start the next voting round or w/e

Wasn’t aware it had a name! Good to know!! I’ll add a table for club offshoots, maybe some will even be unofficial book clubs and that way people can read whenever they feel like it and join in late or something

Yeah, I plan to create a poll there… just have to decide when to leave it open till. In any case, I think it shouldn’t affect the voting here one way or another.

Right now we’re voting on the 雨でも晴れでも continuing or not. For now I’ve set the closure date for it to the 6th of August but if I see that 15 people will vote and the results are still as tilted to what they are as they are now then I’ll just close it early.
Once we have a definitive yes/no on that we can start with noms again 
I’ve written voting since I felt it’s technically us voting for a specific series to be read next or not
Can you just continue the main club like normal? There’s no reason to hold up everyone else just bc some of us might wanna continue with the series. We can do that on our own.
(Currently it’s all of 3 of us anyway, based on the poll I put up on the 雨でも晴れでも thread)
Also, where are the nominations? I’m used to seeing them in the first or second post, so I’m kind of lost.
