Powered by coffee, textbooks, and too many dictionaries

Obsessed with learning Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese (all somewhere between beginner and intermediate) — because apparently one language wasn’t enough .

I mostly use textbooks and graded media for immersion. So far I’ve enjoyed the 極主夫道 and 薬屋のひとりごと series in Japanese, and 비밀의 숲 with Bae Doona in Korean. For Mandarin Chinese, I’ve really liked DuChinese and plan to come back to it later.

When I look at my bookshelf, I can’t wait for the day I’ll read in these languages as naturally as I do in English.
