Ability to review without rating

Description of your request or bug report:

As people have mentioned in Do you rate/review everything you finish on Natively? Why (not)?, it isn’t currently possible to leave a review without also giving a rating. Since some people don’t feel comfortable assigning ratings to certain items, but still want to share their thoughts, it would be useful to be able to review without needing to also rate.

I’ve always been confused why these are linked as well

Yes I can think of multiple situations where I’d like to review without giving a rating. Most common would be for a stopped book where I have a reason I stopped that could be helpful to others but I don’t feel like I can accurately give a rating to a book I didn’t finish.
