Only now discovered this request (and that’s it’s been approved!!).
Something I noticed and might be useful is the ability to convert a blank book into an actual entry once it’s published.
That way information such as the difficulty grading, lists and reviews can be preserved.
For books it might be problematic sometimes (since the edits and changes can be heavy from web novels to published form) but for manga in majority of the cases the content doesn’t change at all, and it might even allow some integrations into ebooks publishers that purposely make their webcomic manga sized (such bookwalker, tonarinoyj and pixiv comics).
For the same reasoning it might be useful for magazine entries, so instead of making them entries by magazine you can document a series from a magazine until it has an actual volume? (idk, random thought while I was typing lol)
Regardless thought maybe the wiki page or the log I made of my own can be a reference for testing if this ever gets developed
