Add an "add all" furigana toggle (or rework how it's displayed)

Description of your request or bug report: It seems a bit silly to have to toggle furigana for each individual book provider, especially if there are 15 of them:

I would think it would only be special cases where a version of a book is sold with (or without furigana) at specific providers only. In that case, could a button be added that toggles all the furigana notations at once? Or move the furigana notation from the book provider list to somewhere else? Maybe in the “general info” section?

I wonder if this is something that maybe would make sense to be rolled into the edition handling that I believe is one of the upcoming ‘to do’ items stated by Brandon
