Add an option to submit links to JPDB decks

Description of your request or bug report:

JPDB has prebuilt decks for many novels but unfortunately is not searchable by Japanese title or by author.
When someone finds a JPDB deck, it would be great if they could add it to the Natively page.
For example

Yougisha X no Kenshin – Prebuilt decks – jpdb

is

FWIW, I think when I end up doing this request, I will make it a more general utility, whereby I have a set of ‘approved’ more information link types which you can submit, similar to how the ‘where to find’ section operates.
