Add Q+A functionality to individual book page

Description of your request or bug report:

It would be potentially useful if on every book’s (or movie’s) page, there was an “Ask a question” section. People interested in the book might want to ask something that is not in the summary or the reviews. Members who have read the book would be notified of the question, and their answers would be public (but probably collapsed for space) on the book’s page.

I specifically like the idea of notifications of questions for people who have read the book.

As long as they are such that someone who isn’t interested can completely hide or ignore them (whether on a single own or globally)
