I don’t use Bookwalker much (their UI is too cluttered and small, esp on mobile), but I’m not surprised. I’ve had my share of filth recs on Amazon… Tho rn it’s throwing me 1970s shoujo… Which is probably(?) on the tamer side
One of the first manga I have read in Japanese (WORKING!! | L22) is a 4 Koma series and I liked it a lot. That being said, I might be biased by the “OMG I’m doing it, I’m reading in Japanese” I had at the time.
For stuff I didn’t read in Japanese, I also liked あずまんが大王 | L25 quite a lot.
… aaaand that’s about all I can think of. I tried to look at the 4-koma tag on Natively (and added it to two series I couldn’t find in there) but nothing really jumped at me.
I am really fine with the format, it’s just very uncommon for me to find a series that I like.
On the other hand, I do enjoy bonus 4 koma stories that come at the end of manga volumes or some LNs.
I watched the anime and enjoyed it, so I think it’s legitimately a good series! That said, the manga is on the older side, so the digital quality isn’t great and it’s out of print. Otherwise I would have at least tried the first volume by now.
You read some of ご注文はうさぎですか after I mentioned it on WaniKani.
The ones in 本好き are pretty great. I would definitely pick up a full 4-koma manga about the series. Honestly, it would probably be more interesting than the 貴族院 side story LNs…
Ah, I meant to say that’s all the ones I really liked. I read more, but even those I found good were not that captivating.
I think that’s because a lot of the 4-koma I read were part of anthologies. Or maybe I only remember the problematic ones.

Thanks for sharing! While I prefer the two column format in general, I am looking for more non-Kirara 4-koma to read. And 乙女男子に恋する乙女 | L25 was still good despite the wide format, so maybe this will be too. Let me know if you end up reading it!
I wonder if that magazine does 4-koma yuri manga a lot or something. Because 明るい記憶喪失 | L22 was also in there apparently.

In this month’s issue there were 2-4 series that might be yuri, one of which I’m reading (ケイヤクシマイ), none of which are 4-koma. So idk, but I’ll let you know if I come across more
I finished キャバ嬢だけどJDに落とされました (MFC キューン) | L24?? (this motivated me to read it). I’d give it a 3 I suppose. Some enjoyable character moments, some good humor, some elements I think are pretty dumb: ( friendly dead spirit haunting the college girl’s apartment, pointless rival, etc. Overall it’s fine, but pretty shallow, and probably works better in small chunks rather than reading straight through. Definitely feel like it could have been a lot more
The vocab is ok most of the time. But some pgs I found myself looking up 3-4 words, which is more effort than I wanted to put in, given the story quality. That’s just me being lazy tho
In my case it’s not that I love the 4-koma format or something, it just happens that some of the series I like have that format.
But also I don’t hate it, I usually enjoy manzai and the 4-koma format is perfect for it with the 起承転結 the “problem” I have with it is that it usually is too dense (words per page).
Also I’m not really reading manga lately 
I plan on reading some light novel series I have been planning for a while.
@暁のルナ My まちカドまぞく nomination on WaniKani didn’t win and next poll wouldn’t be for a few months. Are you still interested in reading it (from volume 1) any time soon?
Sure. Do you wanna make a thread for it? Scheduled or no? Fwiw I don’t have the best track record for sticking with MKR series, but this seems like one that might click, and I’m curious to try it for the difficulty, if nothing else.
I’ll make a thread sometime the next few days to gauge interest and decide what type of club to do.

The premise sounds fun and I was under the impression I’d already bought it during some sale but… seems not. 
Since I’m prioritizing my backlog this year I’m out for now. Will probably be reading some of my 4 koma backlog soon actually, now that I’ve had a look through some of it. If you read one I own at some point, I’d probably join.
Will update my poll results soon with a more accurate number. I’ve read much more 4-koma than I remember. XD It’s not really something I actively go for or avoid. If it sounds fun I’ll give it a read regardless of format. 
Sorry to hear that! Not sure how you typically read your books, but don’t get まちカドまぞく on Kindle. The quality is unusually bad.
Probably nothing on your list that I plan to read anytime soon. ご注文はうさぎですか? | L24 is my favorite 4-koma and I definitely recommend it, but I don’t plan on rereading it until the series is done. こみっくがーるず | L24 is also excellent, but I just finished it last year and I probably won’t reread it. すわっぷ⇔すわっぷ 1 | L22 and うらら迷路帖 | L32 are also good, though the latter is kind of an acquired taste.
Of the ones you own that I haven’t read, I do own ステラのまほう 1 | L24?? and may read it at some point. We can potentially do a book club later in the year if you want.
Oof, bad even by kindle standards? That is how I usually read my ebooks. Do you know if the bookwalker or cmoa quality is better?

I’m looking at it on my tablet (Kindle app) and Paperwhite. While there’s a bit of detail lost with the coloring on paperwhite - which is always the case - neither seem particularly bad to me. I can read the text just fine on both as well. Granted I don’t own a physical copy to compare to
I think I compared the Bookwalker in-browser sample to the Kindle app sample on my phone, and didn’t notice a difference. I feel like you’d get a better answer by just downloading the samples and comparing though
