"Block user" improvements

Description of your request or bug report: Currently, blocking someone does nothing (that I am aware of).

What I would like to see:

  • They don’t show up in my global activity feed anymore
  • They don’t show up in the gradings/activity feed on book pages for me
  • Their reviews are hidden for me (maybe with a hint along the lines of ‘this review is from a blocked user, want to read it anyway?’)

Hiding reviews is a good point!
In that regard, maybe also hide them from the gradings/activity feed on book pages, for consistency?
