Blocked items still ask to be graded

Description of your request or bug report:

There are a couple of items on my blocked list that keep asking to be graded:

First they show up together, and after blocking both and skipping, it says there are no more comparisons.

However, when I go to the dashboard, there are still more gradings available:

After blocking and skipping > no more gradings > dashboard > more gradings available

It never ends…

I had this issue with ちいかわ なんか小さくてかわいいやつ 1 | L13?? for a couple of weeks but it literally fixed itself overnight and while it was still bugging out yesterday evening, it’s gone today.
