Bug: adding book from Amazon.de

I tried adding this book:

And the automatic add didn’t work. It wanted a link from amazon.co.jp only, and the link to the manual add form didn’t work:

how odd, thanks for trying. I just tried again with the same link and it worked. Maybe I copied it in wrong somehow and it led to a really weird error, who knows!
