Bug: Cannot expand list of author names

Description of your request or bug report:
Book (probably others too, but I just noticed this one): トキメク~はじめての恋 (キミの知らない 恋の物語) | L24??

When I try to click on the “…” in order to see the other authors listed, a tiny scroll bar instead pops up on top instead and I can’t click it.

It’s working on my side, so please provide details:

I’m using LibreWolf 150.0-1 and it works (A Firefox fork).

So the only difference is the OS.

There were some CSS updates the other day, you cleared cache and tried again as a last thing I can think? I had a bug in Mobile where the background in light mode was a dark brown for example.

Checked in a private tab, no luck. I did try in Edge, though, and that did have the … expander working as expected for me.
