Bug: Series limited to 40 books

Description of your request or bug report:

There seems to be a limit to the number of books added to a series when auto-importing from Amazon. The following have more than 40 books in the series (as you can see from the titles; I also double-checked using the Amazon links), but only the first 40 have been added:

• Das magische Baumhaus (series) | L19
• Sternenschweif (series) | L21??
• Conni Erzählbände (series) | L22??
• Die drei ??? Kids (series) | L22??
• Fünf Freunde (series) | L22??

By the way the rendering of the last entry is wrong:

“Einzelbände” means “single volumes” whereas the series is in fact called “Fünf Freunde”.

Ok! This bug should now be fixed.

We will now go up to 200 volumes, which hopefully is enough for almost everything

This also pushed me to streamline things even more, which is good.
