Description of your request or bug report:
Anilist has settings to choose which types of activities you want to share on your feed. I think this would be useful for Natively too, as often users add a lot of items to their wish list or owned list but they don’t want them to flood the feed, or they stop reading/watching something but don’t necessarily want to share or draw attention to it.
This could potentially work the other way, too: if you only want to see other people’s progress and reviews (rather than wish list / owned / stopped / gradings), it would be useful to have this in the settings rather than manually selecting options from the activity drop-down.
