I find it happens quite frequently that I go to look at a series and find it has several volumes missing from the website. Most recently this happened with [Mao]( MAO(21) | L24 ) missing 7 volumes, but for ongoing series, it feels like it is more common than not for the series to be missing at least one entry that has already been published, so it feels like the “just wait a bit and it’ll be updated on it’s own” thing isn’t happening. For the example of Mao, it has been a year and a half since Mao Volume 22 came out, but it isn’t listed here yet. With the prevalence of this happening, it is clear that series not being updated is a systemic issue, hence why I am creating this post.
I just stumbled onto a series page that has this on it, so I guess what I am really asking is to make this more accessible because prior to a few seconds ago, I had no idea pages even existed for whole series. I’ve been using the website for over a year now, so it definitely feels like this isn’t accessible enough.
Series are updated on-demand. There’s no automatic updating.
You have to use the sync button on the series page to get the new volumes fetched from Amazon.
If the sync fails, you can use the feedback button and a Librarian will add it manually.
or if there is no sync button. ![]()
Funny that you mention it because I just had that situation happen and I had to send a book that way ![]()
I managed to find this after posting this, but I still think it could do with being easier to find. I’ve been using learn natively on and off for over a year now and I only found out about the Series page today, and the only reason I found out about it at all was because I just read a series that had 8 or 9 volumes in it and decided to use the “Collapse Series” button and happened to see the little icon that takes you to the series page.
Alright, I have created the thread:
