Spoilers should always be hidden using spoiler blur.
When discussing a specific section, please mention where you are in the book, ideally by chapter so people reading different versions have a clear point of reference.
Feel free to read ahead if it’s exciting, but please refrain from spoiling ahead of the appropriate week.
If you have a question about grammar, vocab, cultural things, etc - ask! That’s a welcome part of the discussion too, and other readers will be happy to help.
Here we are, the long-promised thread! I will most likely not be reading along, but I’ll still be your friendly thread owner for the read~

The book is 304 pages and divides into five chapters plus an おかわり (which I’m assuming is a side story of some kind). Could someone who owns the book give me page numbers and/or percentages for the chapters?
Bumping this; seems there’s even less interest than before. I’ll leave this up for a while, but it looks like it might be time for a break for the 癒し系 club.
While I am very interested, I have also learned that book club schedules just don’t work for me… I might read multiple chapters in one day… and then nothing for weeks… which is why I keep clicking “reading at my own pace”
And that’s completely fine! I definitely don’t want to lock all interesting-looking books behind “you must read according to this prescribed schedule or not at all”. Better that you’ve got a system that works better for you, I think.
Just saw this now… and I already own the book… I might pick this up now so I can participate in here a bit. But probably on my own schedule? Maybe we should make this into an informal club without schedule?
Alrighty, I’m officially opening this as an informal, read-at-your-own pace entry in the 癒し系 club! Feel free to post your thoughts here no matter how much after the fact you read~
