Add a new privacy setting where it’s “Semi Private”, where the activity will be displayed if the users follow each other.

Perhaps. I could also just make that functionality standard… might make more sense?
I mean your profile being hidden, except for those users that follow each other.
Akin to private twitter profiles. It would be a sort of whitelist.
Oh I see. Sure, approved. Let’s update the description then a bit to include ‘public profile only viewable by followers’
