Report User List functionality

Utility to report user created lists in case there’s something inappropriate in it, such as spoilers in the title. This should in my opinion: Hide the list temporarily (like making it temporarily private) Notify a Librarian to action (Either make the list private or change whatever is wrong by contacting the user) This is specially important now that lists show in the books.
