Remove less-used options from video pop-up

Although Natively allows users to mark videos as watched with English subs, I don’t really see a reason for “Watched (w English)” to occupy space in the pop-up. Since the focus is language learning, wouldn’t it be better to remove it from the quick settings and keep it in the additional options?

I feel like “owned” also doesn’t really need to be there, since I’d guess most people stream shows, and the default sub settings could be replaced by a [target language] subs/no subs option.

I think it would be cleaner only having the most-used options in the pop-up, like so:

  • wish list
  • watching (KOR/JPN subs)
  • watching (no subs)
  • finished (KOR/JPN subs)
  • finished (no subs)
  • additional options

Although I’d be happy to lose ‘finished’ as well TBH, I usually update using the dashboard ‘+’ or the basic info window, so I never use that pop-up option.

  • wish list
  • watching (KOR/JPN subs)
  • watching (no subs)
  • additional options

This is just my opinion; it would be nice to hear what everyone else thinks!

Agreed, it’s kind of weird that it’s emphasized there.

There was even talk of removing Owned entirely for video. Maybe that’ll be done after user tags are added for people to mark videos as owned that way.

I almost entirely mark things as finished using this quick option, so I’d like to keep it. I like that it sets the finished date automatically while the other ways don’t.
