Saving profile info (Bug vs User Error)

I can’t figure out how to save my profile blurb. I’m not uploading a photo, just an about me, but it doesn’t seem to save after I’ve written it. If it matters I have a Spanish profile.

Seems like the Save button is gone missing.

Oh no. So, the save button should only appears after you’ve altered the text:
