When trying to upload a book from amazon.es I get an error that it’s not from amazon.jp. This has been happening for a couple weeks. I tried the ‘contact us’ link, but haven’t gotten a response yet so am trying here. I think this happened before and the team was able to resolve the bug pretty quickly.

Bug reports go under the Natively category here rather than in the individual language categories so that they’re all in one place visible to all users.

@MurseJakey Unfortunately, Amazon has limited our requests due to little referral revenue. I’ll figure out a solution, but it will take a little time, probably a week or two. Really apologize for the inconvenience! Will let you know when it’s resolved
@MurseJakey Ok, so you should be able to add Spanish books now!
Currently we aren’t throttled by Amazon so it will act as normal, however, when they do inevitably throttle us, there’s an automated process now to add it then too, albeit slightly delayed (1 hour probably).
I’m still working out all the kinks of the delayed auto processing, but requesting will be working! And as i said, we’re not throttled right now so it’s totally operational now.
