Switch to Pages/Hour reading speed stats

Lets switch ‘pages/min’ to ‘pages/hour’ for reading speed.

Essentially just what it says in the title. On the stats there are reading speed stats that are calculated by pages per minute. Once you get above 1 page per minute page/min is probably more useful, but at a lower speed it’s a decimal (e.g. 0.4 pg/min) which is a bit harder to think about in a concrete way, if that makes sense. I think there’s two possible solutions to this:

  • pages/hour → 0.4 pg/min becomes 24 pg/hr
  • minutes/page → 0.4 pg/min becomes 2.5 min/pg

I think pages/minute should still exist for those who prefer that, but it would be nice to be able to switch to one of those other options instead.

I‘d love pages/hour stats, it’s a much more tangible and useful stat than pages/min in my opinion :slight_smile: I wouldn‘t mind a toggle though.

I honestly just agree with switching full scale to pages an hour. That just makes a lot more sense!

Probably won’t add a toggle, unless people ask for that :slight_smile:
