Use the Korean/Japanese cover and title for dubbed videos

When adding dubbed shows, the results of the TMDB search show the Korean title and cover, but when the item is added the English title/cover are displayed. Would it be possible to use the Korean title/cover while keeping the other info (such as the description) in English?

This is now finished! I also went through and backpopulated the titles & images as best as I could.

It looks much better now, thanks for the bug report
