I’m going to start us off! 
I just finished Four Points of the Compass: The Unexpected History of Direction | L30?? yesterday; honestly it didn’t really speak to me. 
A mini-review, as I put it to a friend:
It felt like 30% religious history, 30% premodern history (including modern judgements about that history), 30% modern political attitudes and thoughts, and 10% waxing endless poetic on writers’ and artists’ thoughts about modern ideas of North/South/East/West that he particularly agreed with, with some percentages varying depending on chapter.
The book had enough interesting nuggets I’ll probably keep it, but this felt like a book he wanted to be longer and really focus on a different topic (modern political attitudes and thought regarding symbolic and metaphorical interpretations of the cardinal directions + how technology is making us worse humans).
Probably a 4/10 or 5/10 for me, depending on how generous I’m feeling.
Not sure what I’ll pick up yet; I’m currently working on my physical backlog of books, and I’ve been doing more of a vibe-based picked of what’s next when I go back for a new one. Considering Madhouse at the End of the Earth: The Belgica's Journey into the Dark Antarctic Night | L30??, Don’t You Like Me (sorry no Natively link, it’s not on Amazon afaik), or This Earthly Globe: A Venetian Geographer and the Quest to Map the World | L30??.
Currently also reading along with Dracula Daily in English (Dracula | L30??) and working my way through Karneval | L24?? , as it’s my last major unread English-manga series on my shelves. Also occasionally picking at short stories in The Big Book of Classic Fantasy | L30??; I’ve really enjoyed the selection so far.

That looks great! I’ve been on a fantasy kick this month with Earthsea, I’ll keep that one in mind if I’m still in the mood for it once I’m done with Le Guin.
