I don’t think this series is going to win, not gonna lie. 
It does sound interesting, though. Meanwhile, the current first place is the most generic BL isekai I can possibly think of. At least, 2nd and 3rd place seem to have some twists…

I assume it’s popular Isekai trash and hence it’s first place

For a sec, I thought you were talking about my statement that he doesn’t need a d*ck to have sex.
But otherwise, I agree, it depends on the writing. Plus, the reason that kind of story is “generic” is because it is popular, and it’s a popularity vote, so it checks out. Any deviation from the template means that some people will like the story more, but those would have probably still liked it enough otherwise, while you may alienate others.
Current number 2 has the “mpreg” tag

mpreg is a variety in itself, do you know if it’s an egg mpreg, omegaverse or actual plot mpreg?
