I think the total “Days Read" is a cool thing to track over time, but I’d also love to be able to track my days read streak on the dashboard and stats. I think it’d be nice to be able to see your longest streak on your stats page as well.

I would want a feature like this able to be toggled off if implemented fwiw. I find streaks very demotivating/stressful.
I agree we should have it. In general, I think those sorts of ‘gamefication’ features are definitely motivating for a certain subset of users. But yes, all of them will be an opt-in feature, rather than opt-out.
