I’m somehow officially caught up! The plan is to finish off the book tomorrow; I’ve had far greater luck reading more quickly in terms of my opinion of the book; it’s definitely gone from a 2 :star: to like a 3.5 :star:, maybe a 4, out of 5 for me. Not sure if it’s just the earlier stories were weaker, or is this is just a bad book to read on a club pace for me.

Anyway, I’m liking this current setup. I really like themes of 1999 bring a portentous year, as well as themes mixing magic and technology, so this is hitting all the right spots for me.

Though it can get a tad repetitive, I like how creepy the girls have been in repeating their 前世の戦士 bits over and over; made me imagine the scenario of them being our Rayearth girls reincarnated…

your comment made me happy haha because I love this manga and I agree that it’s kinda not that great for now but I think you will like it even more later (hopefully! haha)

I have read this week’s part only (which is half of the story of these 3 girls), the more we read the more
obvious that sei-chan is hiding something
I feel like he would through hints sometimes but then act stupid about it haha
