I tried marking another manga as complete to see if it would trigger a refresh, but it did not.
Toggling the finished state back to reading and then back to finished seems to put them back in the list (I tried with 放浪息子 2 | L25 ), but then I need to manually re-enter the finish date which I’d rather not do 65 times.
I just encountered the same with a book I’m currently reading - it’s marked as “Reading” on the book’s page but doesn’t appear in my list.
(I posted a report on the book’s page because I thought it’s a one-off, but apparently not…)
I have this same problem. Some of the books I’m currently reading won’t show up either. I would also add that the overview and activity show the books correctly. The problem seems to be only with “my books”.
I’m glad someone has read this! I added it so I could mark them as Owned, though I don’t plan to read them until the series is done.
As a side note, after you’ve read it it’s at L28 compared to L24 for the regular version. Yet another reason we need to combine editions into one entry for gradings and reviews.
On topic, as mentioned elsewhere I’m having the same issue.
This would depend on the editions tho. For example, NEW GAME! -Complete Edition- 1 | L28?? series has a bit of extra content (interviews and such) iirc, that would likely change the difficulty
I just noticed a similar problem with wishlist items, probably the same bug. For instance I have 涼宮ハルヒの劇場 | L35 in the “wishlist” state, but it doesn’t show up in the wishlist filter for the “my books” page. (Edit: seems to be appearing in the list now, though…)
And I noticed that this does not only apply to Japanese: A German book I’m reading also disappeared from the list. Investigating further, a whole book series disappeared - not only from my list but from Natively.
I feel like Natively really needs proper regression testing…
Previously it was not accessible through the search, and it still isn’t, but I could previously find it through the first volume’s amazon link, which now gives me no result…
A few hours ago I requested it again, but it created a book for the series link so this is still a bit in an unordered state, sorry. Maybe you can look into it again?
I accidentally added some bad code to my daily process which checked for missing items in people libraries (sometimes, database items are not synced to the search database). It was unfortunately a tricky addition and my testing didn’t catch it.
