Especially for novels, the author is sometimes more important to me than the book title itself. Therefore I would appreciate it if the author name could be displayed together with the title. Regarding the UI, there seems to be lots of space so a second line with the author name would fit in nicely (the font could be smaller than the title). Of course the author name should be clickable and so on.
Displaying the author is really useful if you’re trying to find items on your wishlist in a physical bookshop, where they are traditionally sorted by author name in kana order. Having, say, the user’s wishlisted books show the author would make it much easier to find them on the shelves, especially if the list could be sorted by author name. (Adding publisher also to the list would be sometimes useful too – e.g. Bookoff sorts light novels by publisher first and then author.)
