Turns out we already have a feature request for displaying author name in lists, so I voted for it:

Display author in user's "My Books" page

Description of your request or bug report: Especially for novels, the author is sometimes more important to me than the book title itself. Therefore I would appreciate it if the author name could be displayed together with the title. Regarding the UI, there seems to be lots of space so a second line with the author name would fit in nicely (the font could be smaller than the title).
