I always rate & grade, I see it as part of finishing the book. And it’s fun! 
I hope Prompt user to rate/review and grade after marking item as finished is implemented at some point, as it would be more convenient and encourage more people to do these steps.
I try to review everything I read in Korean since it still has a relatively small userbase, but for Japanese I tend to only review books if I have strong feelings about it or there are no other reviews.
Huh, I hadn’t thought of including them manually in reviews… I’ll have to do this next time!
