It seems like it might have double illustration under the paper cover, while the normal edition might have something that it’s more plain: Both covers for vol 18: [2k47318] Both covers for vol 3: [2k49248] If you look closely at this one you can see the paper cover over it: [m56705668027_3]

Basically I think it’s a paper cover over the normal one.
