It does not. Do they actually have such recent / complete edition volumes though? If so that would surprise me since I think of these as collector’s editions.

I’m not sure I’m following, but… The New Game one came out in Nov 2023, and vol 2 is coming out Apr 1, 2024 - there’s a pre-order for it on Amazon already.
Idk about any of their other series, since NG and Bocchi are the only ones I’ve currently read.
I thought you meant you’d also buy the New Game Complete edition used on suruga-ya and I wasn’t sure if they’d have something that recent used.

After hearing in the sales and promotions thread from @暁のルナ that Suruguya was doing free shipping a couple of weeks ago, I did a small order of a few books I’ve been wanting. They arrived in good shape!

ボクガール | L22 arrived! I have some very mixed feelings about this series, and debated whether or not to order it. Ultimately I decided that the parts I enjoyed, I enjoyed enough to want to reread it in the near-ish future (and I can skim/skip things on a reread).
At this point, I’ve basically got a full bookcase, but am waiting for other series to show up, before doing a full pic. No clue where to put my displaced English books and displaced DVDs, short of ordering another bookcase… 困ってる

I read your review on the series. As someone who likes trans stories but doesn’t like groping/assault humour (I’m fine w fan service tho), is it worth picking up?
I think it’s a good story, from a trans perspective (particularly wrt character development and emotions), but you’re probly better off avoiding it, unfortunately.

I mentioned in my review, but ぜんぶきみの性 1 | L21 is pretty decent, and doesn’t have the same problems
Haven’t really looked into too much else in the genre yet (tho I have a few things on my wishlist)

ぜんぶきみの性 is less trans and more gender bending, but that’s all still fun in my book.
For some other series, ぼくらのへんたい (series) | L23 has both crossdressing and trans elements, but also has some of those problematic elements previously mentioned. 狼少年は今日も嘘を重ねる (series) | L28 is good and has crossdressing elements, but that’s it. And of course, 放浪息子 (series) | L26 is the go-to trans manga series and is one of my favorites.
