I agree, and also had the same confusion on the list search issue
I’d suggest that when something gets marked as solved either the person who marked it or the person who solved it leaves a new comment with a summary of its new state or any other relevant considerations.

Oh no. I believe it’s complaining because it’s saying there are no tv episodes listed on TMDB, will investigate more soon~
I did create the TMDB item (including episodes) just before trying to add it, which usually works fine, but I just tried it again and it’s still saying server issues. 
Hmm. Then this is a good test. Would you mind keep trying to try it? If it still doesn’t work 2 days from now, we can chat with TMDB. They really should be providing us the episodes but perhaps approval is just going slow this time for some reason.

I’m getting this inconsistent error. I’m on an Android phone, using chrome. I wanted to click on a book in the activity feed (this one https://learnnatively.com/book/f98642f008/) and then this happened. I cannot figure out how to pull up the console on my phone to have more info on what’s happening, but if someone knows how to do that, I can copy paste the console here as well

There is no possibility to do this solely on your phone. With Android you have to turn on developer mode, tell you to let it use it together with your PC for debugging or something, and then open the console on the connected PC window. I assume Apple is similar
Good news: I was able to add the TMDB item that was causing problems before 
Not so good news: My Japanese video stats show I watched 12h/31eps last week when I didn’t watch anything 
This is for the week starting 2/16, and I only really noticed bc I only started watching jp shows again in the past couple of days, so there shouldn’t be anything watched for that week.
I moved a lot of series from ‘watching’ to ‘stopped’ to clear up my watch list, and I noticed that for a couple of them this added on an episode:
I’m guessing I had this marked as partially watched, and setting it to stopped marks the full ep watched? I’m guessing this should be a bug report if there isn’t one already.
This one is a bit more confusing, since I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have marked a 3m ep as partially watched?? 
Those were the only ones that appeared in my activity feed, so maybe more eps were added for other stopped series and they just didn’t show up in the activity feed? Which seems like another bug if so.
The only other explanation I can think of is that somehow my korean/german stats got mixed up with my japanese one, but I think that seems less likely.
FYI I am testing a new ‘maintenance mode’ for upcoming updates. No actual maintenance going on right now 
Edit: Ok testing is complete. We may be doing it for real sometime soon…
I do know there are some bugs on the TV side right now unfortunately.. a lot of infrastructure and data processes are being overhauled now. So it’s probably going to take a little while to address these.
Priority right now is book data processes. But soon, we will address these persistent TV bugs! We’re making a lot of headway on book data management and those processes will be informing a lot of the TV data processes too. 
So keep noting issues everyone, and we’ll keep track and fix them up soon!
