Why yes, everyone platonically gets their friend to dry their hair for them after agonizing over them in the bath and then holds their hand for 5 minutes while they talk about the people they like.

On another note, the Okinawa plot was… interesting, definitely. So we had a two day trip to a beach location, with a stereotypical “who do you like” scene with the whole group on day 1, and then the rest of the time Nanase and Fujino just basically went out by themselves and did their own thing? Not even a short beach trip? Idk, sounded a bit weird for me to just travel as a group to someone’s house and then not actually do things with this person 
I wouldn’t invite them again to my grandma’s house if I was that friend hahahaha

I guess that was why he spent the second night in the other room so late. I thought that was gonna be a Fujino climbs into his bed situation, but then not only did that not happen, but I think it implied that the reverse did and Fujino got up to go into Nanase’s bed overnight
