Got a little behind with my book clubs! Not much to comment on this week, but it did seem that our character got into the museum very quickly. Right down to business. :joy:

So Touma gets the henshin tegami, because he secretly wants to change. Will the twist at the end be somehow related to him changing too much? Or will it be unrelated like last time?

… Okay the twist at the end of last chapter was sort of related, but it had to be explained. And like a joke, you shouldn’t have to explain your twist ending.

An interesting start to the chapter. The way this museum works reminds me of the Room of Requirement from Harry Potter. On another note, I fear what may have happened to Yuri in the last chapter. I wonder how many visits this museum gets at this school. Surely some mysteries could be solved if they knew about her museum.

Now we have Touma probably wanting to be good at sports. Picked up some nice phrases/vocab from this first part:

運動オンチ = No talent for sports
[時間が]あるかないかでいえば、ない。= If I had to say whether I have time or not, it’d be no.

Love the puns on the other mail items.
The 御（お）レイ状（じょう） seems a bit scary. If I’m understanding the 滅入（めい）るメール correctly, this one could have been used in a supernatural mystery plot in the monogatari series. And the 連絡蝶（れんらくちょう） one sounds handy on a sunny day.

Also the chibi character art style is cute.

Hmm, do all the characters go to the same school? Or does the museum just appear to different people around town. If it’s all one school that’s a lot of mysterious happenings, yeah :joy:
