I finished 若草物語, and have decided I’ll read 花物語 manga next, so I won’t have it hanging over me. After that, I can take a nice breather by reading through the rest of 青い花

Which would you read first?
They look to be about the same length volume-wise, so I voted for ささやく since it seems to be a bit more well-known, so you’ll have more people to chat about it with.
朝顔と加瀬さん was my 2nd yuri, ささ恋 was my 6th… But this is sort of one of those “can’t go wrong either way” moments.
That said 加瀬さん is 5 volumes, with a follow-up series 山田と加瀬さん (where they’re in college) that is ongoing - they’re listed together in Natively. ささこ恋 vol 11 will be out in a week, and is still ongoing.

Idk I voted for ささ恋 in the end, b/c it’s less conventional, and it’s the one of the two that I still read every month (tho one of these months, it would be nice to pick 加瀬さん back up again - that little gardener 山田 is sooo adorable)
I’m flip-flopping on my next audiobook read, so I’m hoping you guys can help sway me in one direction or another:
Option 1: 穏やか貴族の休暇のすすめ。2. Book two in a “it’s totally not BL guys” fantasy series.
Option 2: 妖奇庵夜話 その探偵、人にあらず. Half-yokai dude helps police solve yokai crimes.
Seeing this as an option for you, you might like a series were a detective solves cases together with a ghost: 警視庁幽霊係 (ノン・ノベル 808) | L30??. Until now just the first volume is on LN, though. I own four, so far.
I’m specifically looking for something with an audiobook this time, but I’ll keep the rec in mind!
