🎮 Wiki for Video Games + Visual Novels with Natively Levels

Wow, thanks for putting so much work into organizing all the posts!

I have some suggestions (that I’m willing to help with once this is a Wiki):

  • Separate column for level.
  • Sort by level instead of name.
  • Extrapolate level from posts like 🎮 Video Game + Visual Novel Natively Levels - #18 by AAABatts instead of leaving level empty.
  • Remove everything without a level suggestion. (Maybe put it in a separate table or at the end of this one if it has a good write-up in the original post.)
  • Remove all empty links.
  • Maybe switch “link to post” (put it on the game name) and “link to game” (make it a separate column)? In this context here I’d be more interested in learning more about the experience playing the game in Japanese, i.e. our “Natively page”, than getting e.g. the Steam page.

This is all from the context of a learner who wants to find games appropriate to their level. Sorting by name only seems useful if you try to find a specific game, and for that the browser has seach functionality.

Also, I’m a bit curious where Cultist Simulator at L21 came from (there’s no post?). Not only is the game positively full of text, but also its prose is written to be hard to understand and to evoke a mysterious esoteric atmosphere.

Examples in English:

Despair pads close at my heels. The world is leached of light.

The Spider’s Door is always THIRSTY. Always. The blood I have given leaks in threads and spills through the skin of the world, and the Door drinks it and a moment’s satisfaction swells its opening until I can pass.

A Hint was once a living mortal, and then a dead one, and now it’s something else. Their summoning requires Lantern, for the light which drew them to the Mansus, and Edge, for the striving they’ve endured in mirrors.
