Week 2 - bbo reply
Of course! Vampire love stories are for everyone, regardless of gender, haha.
We also didn’t meeting the teacher as well. Who knows what she’s into…

I bet it’s academic archivements.
Wouldn’t surprise me at this point.
there are entire smut mangas based on the “vampire sucking” jokes in every genre that exists out there
After last week my favorite were the classmate and the bartender (barista?), but they both had their own yikes moments this week
I’m still a hard pass on the roommate
I think so far my favourite is the first girl (classmate/model). I feel like she is the most… normal so far? (even if she isn’t 100% normal), but she just feels more honest and less pushy into a pervert domain around Mei. Idk how the story will develop, but I’m rooting for her so far.
I like the sound fetishist quite a bit more this week. Everyone is so confident and bold, that I was actually surprised that she felt some shame. Made her seem more normal.
I don’t think I ever read a harem manga with adults. I wonder if those tend to have a different dynamic.
I’m not really feeling the kiss monster, ASMR girl, or teacher so far. Granted, kiss monster has gotten the least amount of screen time, but still. Teacher doesn’t feel like a serious candidate; doesn’t seem like she wants to make a move unless メイ does, and メイ’s too passive for that.
Quick question: on page 120 the teacher’s in bed with her imagination racing; she says:
おっ〇いみちゃったしー
What’s that おっ〇い standing in for? おっぱい?
That was my interpretation as she did lean forward before.
I think I have more respect for the teacher after this week, although I still feel like her actions are highly unethical.
Classmate/model is still my favorite, the bartender is a somewhat distant second. And like @eefara said, I don’t know that I have enough to go on for the kissy girl.
Final week! 4!!!
I’ve enjoyed reading this volume so far, but it’s a solid “this is an easy read I can turn my brain off for and immediately forget afterwards”. Nothing wrong with that, but I think I’ll be good with this first volume unless there’s some kind of massive cliffhanger at the end.
Honestly I was expecting it from the vibe in the thread lol kinda did the poll just in case anyways
I voted no to the off-shoot. But I bought the second volume when it was on sale. I already read the first chapter in there (Chapter 9). I plan on reading the rest of the second volume. But I don’t plan on committing to further volumes.
Done! Very little text this week. The ending tried to tempt me with a cliffhanger, but joke’s on it: I’ve got too much on my plate anyway. A cute manga overall! It didn’t influence my feelings towards yuri one way or another in particular, but I would like to read a few more books with the club.
Asking for spoilers @seanblue: who does she end up with?
I felt the same way
I’d also like spoilers!
I know @shablul sort of implied the series was done with the “three more volumes” comment, but it’s still ongoing. So no answer to your question as of yet, but hoping for some more development in volume 5. If the series goes beyond 5 or 6 volumes I’ll be disappointed and may drop it, because I’m not invested enough to read it forever.
Ah, makes sense; I was thinking about the fact that not all the girls have gotten a cover. Thanks!
For some reason I honestly thought the series was done
I don’t know why but I was absolutely convinced that it was done when the latest volume came out
