I submitted a PR for error handling improvement towards the user:

Custom error pages for Nginx when the application fails

Description of your request or bug report: Currently when the application fails to catch an error and falls to the nginx error code, the page is the server default one. I’d propose to have static error pages for 404/500’s for application failures, that probably trigger a warning on your side and also point the users to the discussions and / or status page.
