I’m hoping they revert to normal after the new volume releases. I mean, it cost me like $1.50 for 16 volumes, so I’m not too fussed about it. Honestly, I got bored and dropped the anime, so I probably won’t read it anyway.

For the record, I didn’t mean the quality was terrible, just that it wasn’t nearly so good to justify the huge file size.

Well now I’m torn because I have the first 8ish I got at book off that I can’t read. Do I re-buy everything? Just 9-16? Leave it alone bc I might not even like the series? But ¥11 is not even money (and I have a ton of points kicking around because of the Margaret comics half points back sale).

Looking at my bookwalker spending records, it feels like every two weeks there is some decent sale targeted either hugely broadly (so it captures me) or very specifically at me (so it captures me)

A 後宮-type LN series that I liked a lot is 50% off for the first volume and 20% off on volumes 2-7 (out of 9 published so far).
I only read volumes 1-2 (they form
a complete story, so I didn’t feel the need to read further), but just grabbed the other discounted volumes because I can.

these 2 books are on sale for 300 yen right now and i can’t recommend them enough
they’re a fun way to learn difficult vocab, and there’s a junior version with furigana if you feel like it too (though not on sale lol)
you get to learn interesting things, mostly biological, even in English if that’s not your native 
@cat since I know you like medical vocab I especially recommend it to you
