I started reading and just got to the part where 花娘 is explaining her request. Again, we get a something around a 妃 (former) lover? That’s like two out of two.

I enjoyed the very little “mythology” we get in this chapter, but just as the previous chapter I’m not super invested in the mystery.
I’m guessing the “big bad” will be whatever is behind 寿雪’s magic.
She’s been living almost all alone, avoids people and drama, tries not to sympathize deeply, and she even says flowers won’t grow in her palace?
